The central venue of Ayala is located in San Enrique de Guadiaro. There, a large part of the annual season is managed for a club that continues to grow. The three pitches that are part of the 52nd Andalucía International Polo Club are in an incomparable setting.
Nature is shown in all its splendour and above it emerges a place that has become, since opening in August 2008 -now celebrating its 15th anniversary- a gastronomic benchmark in all of Campo de Gibraltar, the Costa del Sol and a large part of the autonomous community. The grill house Cancha II is, undoubtedly, the best place to share an Argentine barbecue, so linked to polo, but also to organise company events, celebrations or any activity
that the client wants.
Managed by Esteban López and with an excellent relationship with Ayala Polo Club, the restaurant offers unbeatable views over the pitches, and a spectacular environment for summer and winter nights as it is open all year. With an average of 15 employees, which almost doubles in the peak season, Cancha II is not only focused on top quality Argentine meats, but rather, it has an extensive menu to savour accompanied by family and friends.
Esteban López himself explains that the secret to the restaurant’s success is the “quality of the product, service, and in general, everything surrounding a magical place that has much more than barbecue.”
There are many people who, af- ter enjoying an afternoon of polo at Ayala, watch the sunset while enjoying a glass of wine in the outer area of Pitch II and a dinner with the most select products. Those who have tried it don’t hesitate to repeat and those who don’t know it first-hand yet look forward to an experience that certainly does not disappoint them.
